Garbage & Recycling
Please follow these guidelines for waste disposal:
- Garbage collection day is Monday morning.
- Recycling is picked up every other Friday. View Calendar
- Please have bins at the curb by 6:00 AM.
- Store bins out of sight on non-collection days.
If you need to set up service, contact Garbage Guys at 515.707.3866 - Collection is included in the HOA dues.
Clubhouse Rental
The community clubhouse is available to rent for private events and gatherings.
Community Pool
Information regarding the neighborhood pool:
- Season: Typically Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Hours: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- Absolutely NO GLASS is allowed at the pool.
